This Privacy Policy explains how Telemanual Robotics, Inc. ("Telemanual", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, platform, SDK, and teleoperation services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account data such as your name, work email, and organization. Usage data such as logs, device and browser information, and feature interactions. Robot and sensor data you choose to capture, process, or store through the Services. Communications you send us, including support and sales inquiries.
3. How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to operate capture, teleoperation, labeling, and export; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your robot data
Robot, sensor, and trajectory data you process is yours. By default it is private to your organization, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to users you authorize. We process it solely to deliver the Services and never use customer data to train models you have not authorized.
6. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location you may access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can export your data in open formats at any time, and request deletion with verifiable removal. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security & retention
We apply encryption, role-based access, audit logging, and regular testing to protect data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. See our Security page for details.
