By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them except as permitted by law, infringe others' rights, operate robots unsafely, or use teleoperation in a manner that endangers people or property. You are responsible for the safe operation of your hardware.

4. Customer data & ownership

You retain all rights to the robot, sensor, and trajectory data you process ("Customer Data"). You grant Telemanual a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. We do not use Customer Data to train models you have not authorized. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the data you upload.

5. Plans, fees & trials

Paid plans are billed per the pricing in your order or on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Pilots and trials may have specific scope and duration. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, and documentation, are owned by Telemanual and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Telemanual is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Term, termination & changes

You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to the Services. Upon termination you may export your data in open formats. We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here; continued use constitutes acceptance.
